Technical Support Specialist

We're looking for a remote Technical Support Specialist to be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that helps our clients and team navigate technical challenges.

What You'll Do:

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, artists, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to our digital tools and platforms.
Guide users through solutions with patience and clear communication, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Document support requests, resolutions, and escalate issues when needed to keep everything running smoothly.
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify recurring problems and improve overall user experience.
Stay up to date with our technology offerings and best practices to provide accurate and helpful assistance.

Who You Are:

A tech-savvy individual with experience in technical support or customer service roles.
Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues with patience and empathy.
Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with a diverse group of users and team members.
Passionate about the performing arts or eager to contribute your skills to a mission-driven company.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
