Technical Support Specialist
We're looking for a remote Technical Support Specialist to be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that helps our clients and team navigate technical challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, artists, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to our digital tools and platforms.
- Guide users through solutions with patience and clear communication, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and escalate issues when needed to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify recurring problems and improve overall user experience.
- Stay up to date with our technology offerings and best practices to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
Who You Are:
- A tech-savvy individual with experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues with patience and empathy.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with a diverse group of users and team members.
- Passionate about the performing arts or eager to contribute your skills to a mission-driven company.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
