1st Shift

$20.00/hr pay rate

True Job Title: Folder/Ripper

this role is "go-to-work" (no interview). ONLY submit candidates to VNDLY that have started onboarding!!

Task: Using gloved hands, manually folds roof ridges. (no tools or machinery)

Must bring your own safety shoes. wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts...All other PPE is provided

Work Schedule would be 6am to 2pm ( clock out for 1/2 hour meal break) Monday to Friday

Production target for Rippers/Folder is 12 boxes per hour. Failure to meet the production target (12 boxes per hour) could result in a performance termination

Production Operator performs work that is required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work. Key Roles: Work safely. Avoid at-risk behaviors at all times. Use standard procedures and technical training
