Production Worker – Aerospace
Position: Production Worker / Production Operator
Pay: $19.50/Hr. to 20/Hr. (DOE) 
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our Aerospace team. This position will support the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components while following established production procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Sewing experience is preferred but not required . Depending on project needs, this position may also involve working with fiberglass and other manufacturing materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks according to established procedures.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform sewing and fabric-related tasks when applicable.
• Work with fiberglass and other materials on designated projects, following appropriate safety procedures.
• Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties related to production as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Sewing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to safely handle materials and perform repetitive production tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus .

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands for repetitive production and assembly tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required for the position.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work safely with fiberglass and other production materials when assigned.
