Regional Account Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Regional Account Manager to join our Bird B Gone division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and executing sales and marketing initiatives across an assigned U.S. territory. Reporting into the wider sales function and working closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in strengthening Pelsis’ presence in the market while delivering exceptional customer experiences. How You’ll Make an Impact Develop a strong understanding of Bird B Gone products, applications, and installation methods Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities, particularly with Pest Control Operators (PCOs) Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, facility managers, and end users Own and achieve territory revenue targets and sales objectives Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline within CRM systems Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions Support the execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns Represent Bird B Gone at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise execution What You’ll Bring You are a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a field-based role and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships. Minimum 3+ years’ B2B field sales experience with proven success in new business development and territory growth Strong sales, territory, and account management experience Demonstrated ability to build relationships and consistently achieve targets Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills , including presenting to large audiences Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally nationally Valid driver’s licence Experience within pest control, bird control, or related industries What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand portfolio A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-focused environment Career development and progression opportunities within an international organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
