Job Title: Supplier Audit Specialist -Pharmaceutical Industry
Pay: $43.26/ per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Supplier Audit Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers meet stringent quality and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including QC, Facilities, Validation, and Manufacturing to address compliance issues, conduct detailed audits, and support supplier qualification initiatives. Your efforts will help uphold the company's reputation for quality and safety.


What You'll Do

As a Supplier Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, scheduling, and executing supplier audits to verify compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Managing vendor qualification programs by maintaining approved supplier documentation within the quality management system.
• Reviewing audit findings, assessing associated risks, and tracking the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Leading vendor change notification (VCN) processes to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing compliance.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving supplier quality agreements as needed.
• Organizing and maintaining audit records, vendor documentation, and compliance files within the quality system.
• Supporting reporting efforts by generating key audit metrics and presenting findings to quality leadership.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to support quality and regulatory compliance activities.
• Assisting with preparation for audits by regulatory agencies and internal inspections.
• Supporting CAPA initiatives across departments to address non-conformances effectively.
• Investigating non-conformances, closure of deviations, and ensuring proper documentation procedures are followed.
• Developing and reviewing SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
• Assisting in investigations and closure related to supplier non-conformities and deviations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills.
• Prior experience with auditing, supplier qualification, or quality assurance roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate risk, and implement CAPA effectively.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Certification or training in quality auditing (preferred, not required).
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience required
