Director, HPV Global Vaccines Marketing, HCC Strategy & Activation

Merck seeks a Director to lead global healthcare consumer marketing strategy and activation for HPV vaccines across adolescent and adult populations. This high-visibility role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through integrated omnichannel campaigns and consumer-centric brand development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve HCC strategy across priority cohorts with measurable outcomes and quarterly priorities
- Lead global HCC activation strategies integrated across awareness, familiarity, intent, and conversion funnel stages
- Direct master brand campaign content evolution and supporting asset development with creative partners
- Oversee HPV influencer platform expansion based on market insights and regional partnership
- Manage day-to-day agency engagement and workflow from brief development through approval and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/MS preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of brand marketing experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive vaccines or biopharmaceutical experience
- Demonstrated success in global marketing or commercial strategy roles
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Advanced analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making proficiency
- Expertise in customer-centric brand development and agency management
