Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable growth plans
- Drive annual business planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Lead integrated marketing and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years marketing, sales, commercial strategy, or pharmaceutical experience
- Demonstrated success developing and executing brand strategies
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Compensation: $142,400–$224,100 base
