Your Mission in Action:

In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of scholarship distributions by reviewing donation and student data within our CRM system. You will play a key role in confirming details, identifying discrepancies, and supporting clear communication across the team to ensure a seamless experience for families and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review CRM donation export reports to identify changes, discrepancies, or issues
• Validate and update recommended donation records for students, including school, donation amounts, donation dates, and sibling information
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of scholarship-related data within the CRM system
• Document any inconsistencies or required updates and communicate findings clearly to leadership
• Maintain accurate and complete scholarship-related data within the Insightly CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient scholarship processing and service to Arizona families
• Respond to emails and provide scholarship enrollment form guidance to families
• Process new applications for students with pending funds
• Assist operations team with additional responsibilities to ensure targets are met

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of administrative, data review, or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems (Insightly preferred)
• Experience working with data validation, reporting, or audits
• Background in nonprofit, education, or service-oriented environments
• Experience communicating with external stakeholders, such as school administrative or business offices, to verify and coordinate information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to professionally handle phone and email correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is an office-based role requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use, with occasional exposure to a child-centered environment.
