Capital Allocation & Investments, Manager

Responsibilities Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across full spectrum of M&A and organic growth projects Lead business case development, collaborating closely with business leadership Perform M&A due diligence, partnering closely with Corporate Development and external advisors Conduct portfolio analysis to inform prioritization and capital allocation trade-offs Mentor and support development of junior staff Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree, MBA a plus 8+ years of professional experience in either investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation / transaction services Strong understanding of advanced corporate finance concepts Experience working on M&A deal teams Exceptional attention to detail Strategic mindset with ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities Broad exposure to life science tools and/or software industries a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
