About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Manager to join their Evergreen Solutions team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Credit Evergreen strategy, responsible for executing the credit investment strategy, supporting allocation between credit opportunities, and managing investment monitoring and liquidity for all Credit Evergreen funds. This role requires a professional with at least 6 years of private credit investing experience, a track record in portfolio construction, and knowledge of evergreen products and regulations. The Vice President, Portfolio Manager will also be involved in fundraising, client service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is capable of working in a small team, willing to take measured risks, and is confident in presenting their fund and recommendations. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Portfolio Manager include portfolio construction, liquidity management, risk management, and team building. The role demands a candidate with top-level communication skills, the ability to think and act globally, and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards. The candidate should be adept at managing liquidity analysis, credit facility sizing, and portfolio asset sales, and be able to develop and implement portfolio stress testing. Additionally, the role involves supporting fundraising meetings, working with marketing on market outlook analysis, and ensuring the team is aware of new product roadmaps. The candidate will also be expected to work with legal, regulatory, and compliance colleagues to meet all reporting requirements for US and European regulators.
