Role Overview

This role provides technical support to end users on a variety of issues. The position involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems by responding to telephone calls, email, and direct personnel requests. The successful candidate will document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for various hardware and software issues.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Respond to support requests received via telephone, email, and in-person.
• Document all support activities, including problems and resolutions, in a tracking system.
• Monitor ongoing issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Work under immediate supervision, following instructions and pre-established guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Education: An associate's degree in a related area may be required.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical support field.

Work Schedule

This is a back-half shift position, scheduled from Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $23.50 per hour. Further details regarding benefits will be provided to eligible candidates.
