Qualifications: Location & Travel: Must commute daily to Parsippany‑Troy Hills, NJ daily with their own personal vehicle. Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to 35% of the year. Professional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must own a reliable vehicle with current comprehensive auto insurance, to include coverage for rentals. Candidates must also be eligible to rent and drive rental cars for business travel purposes. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools. Communication: Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to effectively train and collaborate with teammates. Documentation: Must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States. Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher degree. We value learning and potential as much as formal credentials. To succeed in this role, candidates should be able to: Vision & Hearing: Have keen or correctable vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and be able to focus as needed. Must be able to listen through headphones when required. Mobility & Stamina: Walk up to 2 miles at a time and up to 6 miles per day at varying paces. Frequently climb hills or stairs and be able to carry a backpack (up to 15 lbs) occasionally while walking. Outdoor & Vehicle Work: Safely operate a vehicle in all weather and lighting conditions, and work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, rain, or humidity. General Physical Tasks: Stand, walk, and perform other physical activities necessary to deliver training effectively throughout the day. Learn while you Earn!
