Pilla Electric, Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Lead Electrician to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, knowledgeable electrician who can lead a crew, take ownership of projects, communicate well with customers and management, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews on job sites.
- Ensure work meets electrical codes, project specifications, and company standards.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Communicate project status, material needs, and job-site issues to management.
- Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Keep projects moving efficiently and help maintain schedules.
- Train and mentor apprentices and less-experienced electricians.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Previous experience leading an electrical crew or serving as a Lead Electrician.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Ability to work professionally with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
