Associate Recruiter

Help build high-performing, diverse teams by leading full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic, remote-first startup environment. This role combines creative talent sourcing, organized pipeline management, and proactive communication to connect exceptional candidates with open opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates using creative, innovative methods.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and support a smooth candidate experience.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Share market insights and recommendations that strengthen the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with a range of recruitment platforms and tools.
• Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote position.

Compensation

• $15 to $20 per hour.
