Associate Recruiter

Role Overview

Build high-performing, diverse teams for a remote-first organization developing training data, evaluations, and feedback loops for frontier AI systems. You will own full-cycle recruiting activities, source exceptional talent, and use proactive communication to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates through creative, effective outreach methods.
• Manage recruitment pipelines from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support a smooth candidate experience.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Share market insights and recommendations that strengthen the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with a range of recruiting platforms and tools.
• Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Familiarity with employer branding and digital outreach strategies.
• A commitment to creating a positive candidate experience and collaborative team culture.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote role.

Compensation

• $15 to $20 per hour.
