This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into a well-rounded HR professional. You'll ensure compliance across U.S. and Canada while driving a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister ADP payroll for U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and complianceCoordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and invoicesManage onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS data integritySupport full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptanceServe as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and relationsAssist with engagement programs, performance cycles, and compliance initiativesPrepare HR reports and contribute to continuous process improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field2–4 years HR experience, including ADP payroll and benefitsExposure to Canadian HR/payroll preferredWorking knowledge of U.S. employment lawsExcellent communication, organization, and time managementProficiency in HRIS/ATS and Microsoft ExcelNice to HaveMaster's DegreeMulti-state payroll experienceFamiliarity with FMLA, COBRA, ACAExperience in high-growth or consulting environments
