Service Receptionist

Kia of West Nyack  is currently seeking a Service Receptionist to work with our service department at our  West Nyack, NY dealership. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with new and existing customers
• Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the service department
• Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner
• Answer general questions or inquiries as needed
• Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management
• Other tasks as assigned
