The RFP Manager, Growth serves as a strategic and operational partner to a high-performing Growth organization, leading complex proposal and pitch processes from initial RFI through final submission.
This role brings structure, precision, and compelling storytelling to high-value business development opportunities.
You will coordinate diverse teams across strategy, media, creative, analytics, technology, finance, legal, and executive leadership.
Beyond active pursuits, you will own the systems, content libraries, and knowledge repositories that make future proposals faster and more effective.
The position combines project management, editorial expertise, content operations, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a direct impact on proposal quality, operational efficiency, and the organization's ability to win competitive opportunities.
This is a remote-first individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on deadlines, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, procurement requests, and other proposal submissions, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Build and manage detailed proposal workplans, timelines, milestones, review schedules, dependencies, and approval processes.
• Coordinate contributors across strategy, media, creative, analytics, technology, finance, legal, and executive leadership while maintaining accountability throughout each pursuit.
• Partner with Growth and pitch leaders to translate pursuit strategies into persuasive, customized proposal narratives aligned with client priorities, evaluation criteria, and procurement requirements.
• Develop, edit, customize, and assemble proposals, executive summaries, agency credentials, capability presentations, case studies, and supporting materials while maintaining a consistent and premium brand experience.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop differentiated messaging, new proposal content, reusable narratives, and compelling proof points.
• Own and continuously improve the proposal content library, including credentials, case studies, leadership profiles, capabilities, certifications, awards, and partner information.
• Serve as a steward of proposal knowledge within internal AI systems, content repositories, templates, and reusable resources.
• Support the full pitch lifecycle from qualification through final presentation, including presentation materials, printed assets, leave-behinds, meeting logistics, and other production needs.
• Provide regular status updates on proposal progress, risks, dependencies, upcoming milestones, and required decisions while ensuring appropriate senior leadership reviews.
• Manage communications with third-party consultants and procurement stakeholders throughout proposal processes.
• Continuously improve proposal workflows, templates, governance, and best practices to increase speed, quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Help onboard and train colleagues on proposal tools, processes, standards, and knowledge-management practices.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in proposal management, new business, agency growth, marketing operations, or a related function within advertising, media, marketing, consulting, or technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex RFP and RFI responses and supporting competitive proposal processes involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive, client-focused narratives.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple high-priority pursuits, competing deadlines, dependencies, and senior-level reviews simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency under pressure.
• Experience developing and maintaining knowledge-management systems, proposal libraries, content repositories, templates, or reusable content frameworks.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, project management platforms, and collaborative work tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while exercising sound judgment, ownership, and proactive communication.
• A background in editorial or technical writing, consultant-led procurement processes, proposal automation, knowledge-management platforms, AI-powered content management, or prompt libraries is a plus.
• Experience working within integrated media, creative, digital marketing, or advertising agencies is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
