Senior Event Sales Manager - Luxury Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Sales Manager to lead private dining, social, and corporate event sales for a luxury hotel with upscale fine dining and premium food & beverage operations . This role is responsible for driving event revenue, managing client relationships from contract through execution, and ensuring flawless event experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants, excels at high-touch client service, and is experienced with event planning software, banquet coordination, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage corporate, social, and private event business from inquiry through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Develop Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event timelines, and floor plans.
• Maximize event revenue through upselling food, beverage, and event enhancements.
• Coordinate with culinary, banquet, hotel, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage contracts, event payments, accounts receivable follow-up, and event closeout.
• Maintain accurate event records using Tripleseat and other event management systems.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners while delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of event sales or event management experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, fine dining, or premium hospitality venues.
• Tripleseat experience is required.
• Proven success managing corporate events, weddings, private dining, and luxury social events.
• Strong experience creating detailed BEOs, floor plans, and event logistics.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
