Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking Friendly candidates for an Office Assistant position with a Pest Control Company. This position will pay based on experience, and the hours are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Responsibilities:
- Job responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, daily invoicing, collecting payments, and completing collection calls (60 & 90 days)
- Other responsibilities include responding to texts, emails, and voicemails
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance are essential
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to prioritize
- Able to multi-task
- Possess great customer service skills to include proper phone etiquette
- Has basic math skills for payments
- Capable of bending, stooping, reaching (Cleaning)
