The role Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation Book high-quality discovery meetings with founders and operators Run discovery calls based on company's ICP Qualify with precision and make clean handoffs to Account Executives Keep CRM accurate and share market insights with Growth, Marketing and Product Represent the business at industry events What We're looking for 1--5 years in outbound sales or BDR roles Track record of hitting or exceeding targets consistently - not one-off wins B2B SMB sales experience Software or technology sales background Early-stage startup experience is highly valued Interest in F&B or consumer goods is a plus Compensation $60,000--$70,000 base OTE uncapped Health insurance Hybrid working model #J-18808-Ljbffr trg.
