Accounting Manager

Job Description• Specialized accounting transaction experience including due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.• Responsible for intercompany accounting transactions such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost saving, automating work flow and streamlining processes.• Support the Month End Closing process• Assist with external audits• Research and adhere to GAAP accounting policies• Coordination financial through mergers and acquisition business transactions• Develop KPI performance reporting• Evaluate financial hypothesis for risk and opportunityQualifications• Bachelors Degree in Accounting• CPA Preferred• 5+ years of public accounting experience• SAP technical skillsAdditional Information$130K plus bonusSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Accounting/AuditingExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Consumer Goods
