Domiciliary Nurse Manager

The Domiciliary Nurse Manager duties include but are not limited:

• Responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operations of the assigned unit and provides coverage for other Nurse Managers as needed.
• Responsible and accountable for directing and supervising staff orientation, training, development, and the evaluation of individual performance.
• Function as a clinical expert and is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising patient care.
• Act as a role model, educator, and supervisor, providing leadership to the team.
• Ensure compliance with all accreditation and regulatory standards and align nursing and clinical objectives with organizational strategic goals, actively participating in strategic planning and execution.
• Influence outcomes through effective collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain current knowledge and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, directives, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
