Accounting Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee essential accounting operations, with a primary emphasis on leading a team, month end close, and communication with operations and finance. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in Excel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high accuracy and compliance standards. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in managing financial workflows, ensuring timely completion, and supporting management effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor daily transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Evaluate reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy Improve processes and create standardization across regions Comfortable with multiple ERP systems and integration of systems Review monthly commissions Team management Primary contact for audits related to agencies overseeing Qualifications: 5-10 Years of Accounting experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of GAAPStrong leadership qualities with the ability to lead an accounting team effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
