Inside Sales Representative

Job Title

Customer Sales & Support

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone and email communication.

Respond to customer inquiries and recommend products that best fit their needs.

Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities.

Prepare and send accurate customer quotations.

Process customer orders, purchase orders, and quote requests in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service and support.

Monitor order status and help ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Product & Technical Support

Assist customers in selecting the appropriate fasteners and related products.

Communicate product specifications, features, and options in a clear and understandable manner.

Partner with purchasing and supply chain teams to support customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to learn product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry terminology.

Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related role.

Experience working with industrial products, fasteners, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.

Familiarity with order entry, quoting, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
