Operations Manager

The Role We're looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the company — the person who makes sure every department executes, our systems run smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks as we scale. You'll sit at the center of the business, working directly with the GM and leadership to turn strategy into disciplined execution. This is a high-impact, high-visibility seat. What You'll Own Execution & capacity: Keep every department executing with discipline, hitting deadlines and sprint goals and step into teams that need help to remove bottlenecks. Systems & automation: Own our CRM and automation stack (Zoho); make our tools, workflows, and reporting faster and more reliable. Data & KPIs: Own weekly KPI reporting across the company and drive decisions with data, not assumptions. Support & retention: Oversee the support queue, collections, and retention/churn — and turn what you learn into operational improvements. ROI & budget: Track capacity and ROI by department, manage budget adherence, and recommend smart pivots to leadership. Process improvement: Continuously improve SOPs, systems, and sprint frameworks; run an issue tracker that makes fixes documented and repeatable. Team leadership: Lead and coach a small operations team What We're Looking For 3+ years in operations, project management, or a similar role — ideally in ecommerce, digital, or a fast-scaling startup. A proven operator who can run cross-functional execution, capacity planning, and process improvement without being told twice. Fluent with CRMs and systems (Zoho, or similar) and comfortable with data and dashboards. A player-coach: can lead and develop a team, and roll up your sleeves to execute when it counts. High accountability, high standards, and calm under pressure — you thrive in a demanding, fast-moving environment. A clear communicator who surfaces problems early and drives them to resolution across departments. Bonus Points Background in ecommerce, dropshipping, or online education.
