Employee Relations Manager

Human Resources ManagerSeeking an experienced Human Resources Manager specializing in Employee Relations, Workplace Investigations, and Performance Management to support a workforce of approximately 400 employees. This role will serve as the organization's primary resource for employee relations matters while partnering closely with leaders to foster a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.Employee relations, human resources, Workplace Investigations, Performance Management & Coaching, Corrective Action & Progressive Discipline, California Employment Law Knowledge, Bilingual, Employee relations employment law, organizational risk managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.5+ years of Human Resources experience with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations.Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations independently from intake through resolution.Experience managing employee complaints, corrective action, discipline, and performance improvement plans.Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements.Experience coaching managers through challenging employee situations.Proven ability to manage multiple employee relations cases simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Intermediate LevelJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Hollywood, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
