Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and lead benefits strategy and annual planning aligned with organizational goals budgets and workforce needs.
• Oversee daily operations of benefit programs including health welfare leave wellness and time away offerings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by managing required filings disclosures audits and updates tied to changing laws.
• Lead vendor relationships by evaluating proposals negotiating terms monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Partner with finance payroll legal systems and advocates to improve processes data quality and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bring demonstrated experience managing comprehensive benefits programs with both strategic and operational scope.
• Maintain strong knowledge of employment benefits leave and disability regulations at the federal state and local levels.
• Communicate clearly across departments and present complex information to varied audiences.
• Use Microsoft Office confidently with strong Excel skills for analysis reporting and modeling.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy organization and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Analyze costs funding approaches and trends to support sustainable benefits design and cost containment.
• Prepare plan communications summaries and education sessions to support employee understanding and engagement.
• Develop census and statistical data for carriers actuaries and leadership reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation standard procedures and measurement of outcomes.
• Demonstrate proven leadership project management and change management capabilities while mentoring team members.
