Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
• Optimize build and test processes with software engineering teams and reduce deployment friction.
• Build infrastructure-as-code frameworks to provision and configure development, test, and production environments.
• Ensure environments meet DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
• Create monitoring and logging infrastructure supporting security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Own roadmap epics end to end and measure improvements in the CI experience across cloud and robot environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
• Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting with Python and Bash.
• Preferred experience deploying and maintaining systems in classified DoD or IC environments.
• Preferred experience with CircleCI, GitOps workflows, declarative infrastructure management, and observability tools including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk.
