Position Summary If you love managing construction projects, mentoringothersand are passionate about safety, Southland has an opportunity for you as a Project Manager! In this role, you will work on exciting, commercial MEP projects, while developing future project managers and leaders. Position Details Developsclient relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership. Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project. Participates in project meetings with internal departments. Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of projectison schedule Developsbudget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and otherreportas necessary. Delegates work andservesasmentorto Project Engineers.Provides coaching and performancefeedbackas necessary. Qualifications Proven ability to manage small teams Strong negotiation skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Strong financial acumen Excellent project management skills Experience managing subcontractors Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel. Minimum 5 years\' experience Active Top Secret security clearancerequired.
