Inside Sales Rep II

Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative engages with prospects and customers in key markets to match their business needs with CCOA’s Out of Home Advertising solutions. This role works in a high-volume environment and is pivotal in developing new business through lead activation and following up and follow‑through on accounts. Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling. Identify and engage prospective customers to introduce CCOA’s advertising solutions via phone, email, and social media. Understand prospect’s buying points and develop a value proposition specific to the customer’s needs and goals. Conduct client needs analysis (CNA) and negotiate directly with local and regional customers. Achieve monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success. Forecast sales activity and revenue through proper use of sales tools to consistently hit monthly and yearly budget goals. Lead sales presentations using full functionality of online meeting tools. Identify opportunities with new customers inquiring about CCOA’s products and services. Accurately input activity into CRM (Salesforce) to maintain pipeline and efficiently follow up with prospects and customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Work Experience: Minimum five (5) years of sales experience (inside sales preferred) selling advertising or related products or services on quota in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; minimum 1–2 years of sales management experience preferred. Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Skills Highly self‑directed and comfortable in an in‑office or remote environment. Skilled and effective with online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom). Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social platforms. Strong desire and ability to learn and adopt new technology. Sales Process Management – Follow the organization’s sales methodology, applying skills and resources to achieve sales targets. Physical Demands The employee must sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day, complete tasks requiring repetitive hand use, lift and move items up to fifteen (15) pounds, see written documents and computer screens, adjust focus, and work in a temperature‑controlled office environment.
