What You'll Be Doing The IT Support Specialist II provides day-to-day IT support and contributes to maintaining a secure and compliant environment in alignment with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS View phone number on click.appcast.io, and, where applicable, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117). This role focuses on user support, system administration, monitoring, and assisting with implementation of security controls under the direction of senior IT/security personnel. What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or junior cybersecurity roles Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Preferred: Systems Technician work: administering mobile device Intune, identity protection systems Experience in a regulated or government contracting environment is a plus CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals or administer certifications is a plus Global – A 1st Flagship Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
