You’ll partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees), navigating the complexity of expansion—helping them strengthen their people operations and scale with confidence. This is a consultative, relationship-driven environment where you’re not just closing deals—you’re solving real business challenges. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services. Qualifications H.S. Diploma - Required Bachelor's Degree - Preferred 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing. 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry. Cold Calling experience. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience. Valid Driver's License - Required Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $70,000- $120,000. This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
