Nurse (Clinical/Emergency Department)

Emergency Department Nursing Duties
Provide comprehensive clinical nursing care to emergency department patients of all ages, including triage, assessment, and stabilization.
Manage the delivery of nursing care during various shifts by determining staffing needs, delegating tasks, and directing unit activity.
Lead and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of unit-based programs to improve patient care and nursing functions.
Serve as a resource and mentor for other nurses and healthcare personnel, providing guidance, leadership, and training.
