You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist customers and employees, and communicate professionally with site leadership. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.88 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 AM - 07:30 PMTue11:00 AM - 07:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout luxury retail sales areas, stockroom-adjacent spaces, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and communicating with management and/or emergency responders as needed. Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports while supporting a welcoming, professional environment for customers and store associates. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
