For almost six decades, Hall Industries has been a trusted name in steel manufacturing—delivering machined components, fabrications, and assemblies to sectors from aviation to engineering. We’re hiring a full-time CNC specialist in Ellwood City, PA for 1st & Afternoon Shifts.

• Translate work orders, blueprints, and GD&T into reliable setups and efficient toolpaths.
• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce accurate, consistent parts.
• Option to contribute programming at the control (zero/reference points, tool registers, calculations) and prove out programs.
• Champion safety procedures and a clean, organized workstation.
• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with reference to manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain production and quality logs; ensure clear documentation for smooth shift-to-shift continuity.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and machine debugging skills.
• Sound knowledge of tooling, tolerances, and program intent.
• Math, measurement, and blueprint-reading skills are a plus.
• Setup and programming experience is a plus.
• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Self-starter with a resourceful mindset (a plus).

• Location: Ellwood City, PA
• Schedule: Full-time, 1st & Afternoon Shifts
