Strategic Asset Manager - Affordable Housing Finance
Eden Housing
The Asset Manager at Eden Housing will monitor the financial and operational performance across the portfolio, benchmark against budgets, and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and third-party managers. You will work with Senior Asset Manager to develop long-term strategies, review budgets and audits, prepare portfolio-wide financial analyses, and coordinate refinancings or buyouts when appropriate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eden Housing
