Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial portfolio. CZRE is a high velocity role where the ability to manage client relationships, navigate problem-solving, and keep pace with our dynamic operations is critical. You will have the support of a dedicated team, enabling you to operate at a high level of service. This is a full time position in office in Alameda, CA. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring responsive, proactive communication Coordinate with leasing, accounting, maintenance, and project management teams to resolve property needs efficiently Oversee lease renewals, tenant communications, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct property inspections and recommend maintenance or improvement plans Ensure timely rent collections, owner distributions, and financial reporting with support from the accounting team Problem-solve tenant issues, maintenance concerns, and owner inquiries with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with leadership to uphold company standards, policies, and client expectations Continually assess property performance and recommend operational improvements What You Bring: 2+ years of property management experience (residential preferred; commercial experience a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence and client-service mindset Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through Tech-savvy; familiarity with AppFolio or comparable property management platforms a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proactive mindset: Always thinking three steps ahead for clients and tenants Compensation: ·Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually. Candidates with less experience can expect compensation on the lower end of the range.
