This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and thrives in both residential and commercial environments. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in accordance with industry standards and local codes.ResponsibilitiesInstall and service HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipmentDiagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems and componentsInterpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentationEnsure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to codeCommunicate clearly with clients and team membersMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials usedRequirementsValid Journeyman HVAC license or certification3+ years of HVAC installation and service experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair practicesValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of conditionsEPA Certification preferredBenefits (Available After 90 Days of Employment)Health InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Major HolidaysSupportive and growth-focused work environmentAll employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background screening.
