Pricing Analyst

This is an in office role with a fantastic group who is supported by strong leadership. Essential Job Responsibilities• Support and implement daily pricing requests.
• Advise sales on pricing policies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with teams to recommend pricing for business growth.
• Analyze data using Excel and database tools.
• Increase profit through targeted pricing actions.
• Conduct detailed competitive analysis.
• Track category performance metrics (sales, margin, etc).
• Assess exception pricing requests for profitability. Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Excel and SQL
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution pricing (preferred)
• Familiar with business intelligence reporting tools
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Business acumen: understands impact of decisions
• Fluent in English for compliance with standards and procedures Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Experience in construction or related industry
