Solar Appointment Coordinators

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Solar Appointment Coordinator (In-Office) - Santa Ana, CA (Location) Temp to Hire
Hourly Pay ($20.00/hr) + Commission

We’re hiring Solar Appointment Coordinators to work warm leads - some cold calling! Connect with interested customers and schedule appointments with our sales analysts who help clients exit service contracts they no longer need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound leads and conduct structured intake calls
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients
• Collect and document key contract details
• Request and review supporting documentation when available
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Schedule qualified clients for consultations with the analyst team

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling expectations
• Professional, detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes
• Comfortable discussing contract and financial-related information
• Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Must be flexible to work between the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Training:

• 9am - 3pm (Paid training)
