In this role, you will contact warm leads and schedule appointments for homeowners interested in solar contract solutions. No closing experience is required — another team handles the sales process. This is a structured environment with paid training, growth opportunities, and strong bonus potential. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm leads Schedule appointments for potential customers Follow phone scripts and company guidelines Update customer information in Google Sheets and internal systems Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls Requirements Strong communication and phone skills Professional attitude and clear speaking ability Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel Basic computer skills Coachable and reliable Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus
