About the Team:

This role supports DPEP Synergy, Partnership Marketing & Promotions team, part of theCreative Group. The team develops and executes collaborative marketing programs with external media, retail, broadcast, and strategic partners. Campaigns may include live broadcasts, productions, TV/radio promotions, regional and national retail activations, sweepstakes, and cross-brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pitch sheets, proposals, and promotional presentations for partners and internal leadership.
• Create recap decks and campaign summary materials for Promotions Managers.
• Draft contracts based on negotiated partner agreements.
• Prepare Contract Summary (CSS) forms and track execution status.
• Follow up with partners to ensure contracts are completed and returned on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Brand Strategy, CRM, PR/Public Affairs, Social/Digital Marketing, Operations, Corporate Alliances, Consumer Products, and Synergy teams.
• Support promotional campaigns aligned with Parks, Cruise Line, and Consumer Products objectives.
• Assist with media remotes, live events, and production logistics in partnership with events and park operations teams.
• Provide cross-functional support initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with agencies, partners, vendors, or media contacts.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and timelines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Passion for entertainment, travel, hospitality, or consumer-facing brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of promotions, marketing, events, or related experience.
• Background in marketing, advertising, communications, business affairs, or media.
• Knowledge of video production or digital/new media.
• Spanish language proficiency (spoken/written).
