Overview
Registered Nurse - Dialysis needed for a travel assignment in Burlington, VT. Start date October 19, 2026 for 5 weeks. Weekly pay range $3,128 to $3,352 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: Day shift with flexible 8–12 hour options; may include Saturdays; floating to St. Albans and Berlin as needed. Outpatient ESRD dialysis within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Administer hemodialysis treatments for outpatient ESRD patients following established protocols
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after dialysis; respond to hypotension, cramps, and other complications
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain dialysis machines; ensure proper setup, priming, and disinfection per protocol
- Document care and treatment in the EMR (EPIC) within the past 2 years
- Collaborate with the care team; provide patient education on dialysis, fluid management, and dietary considerations
- Float to St. Albans and Berlin as needed; uphold safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- Active Vermont RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; minimum 1 year outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC EMR experience required within the past 2 years
- Flexibility to work variable hours and to float to additional sites as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from multiple assignment locations
