Responsibilities
- Deliver hemodialysis care for ESRD patients within a hospital-based dialysis program
- Monitor patient status, vascular access, vital signs, and treatment parameters; respond to alarms and adjust as directed
- Operate dialysis equipment, manage water quality, and maintain infection control practices
- Document care in EPIC and coordinate with the nephrology/dialysis team; provide patient education as appropriate
- Float to St. Albans and Berlin facilities as needed; comply with weekend Saturday schedule and other assigned shifts

Requirements
- Active Vermont RN license in good standing
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; minimum 1 year outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to float to additional sites (St. Albans & Berlin) as needed; flexible schedule with weekend coverage
- Prior travel experience preferred; ability to work in a hospital-based dialysis setting
