Why You'll Love This Opportunity * Hybrid schedule available after training * Join a financially strong, globally recognized company * Supportive team environment with established processes * Opportunity to gain exposure to broader accounting functions * Stable position with long-term growth potential What You'll Do In this role, you'll play an important part in the company's accounting operations by: * Process a high volume of Accounts Receivable invoices, handling hundreds of invoices daily * Submit invoices through customer billing portals and ensure timely processing * Manage multiple billing requirements, workflows, and customer-specific processes * Process pricing adjustments and customer credits as needed * Apply customer payments and enter cash receipts accurately * Assist with account reconciliations and balance sheet support * Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with collections activities * Maintain accurate records and support daily accounting operations What We're Looking For * 1-3 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience. * Comfort working within an ERP system or learning new software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset #INJUL2026
