Stacking/Screening Machine Operator | 2 nd & 3 rd Shifts Available

Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am OR 11:15pm-7:15am

Pay Range: $19.50-$20.50 + $0.75 (2nd Shift) and $1.00 (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Upload program instructions from work orders to stack sheets of dielectric material.
• Read work orders to ensure they follow correct build-up design and dielectric type.
• Inspect stacked bars through the microscope.
• Set up and operate semi-automated printing machine using screen printers.
• Read work orders to ensure the use of the correct ink, screens, type tape and tape thickness.
• Properly configure and orient tooling to support consistent, high quality production.
• Perform first article inspection by conducting multiple tests.
• Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in, in other departments, when required.
• Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employees periodically.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a machine operator or machinist
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Good computer and math skills
