Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop tailored treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions to support mental health diagnoses and promoting positive health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, progress notes, and clinical reports in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing modern electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team environments, bridging communication between patients and healthcare providers for effective continuity of care.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services as needed, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with New Wave Therapy Services, you will work with a diverse population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW in California.

• Physical capability to perform duties that may require lifting up to 25 pounds and moving as necessary within a home or workplace setting.
