An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality & Maintenance Business Analyst opened with the ERP Business Transformation program as we deploy SAP across North America plants. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a successful transformation for the business, specifically in Quality & Maintenance as we move away from legacy systems into the future state, utilizing the latest version of SAP. Additionally, you will work with an agile mindset and a focus on continuous improvement to add value to Global Supply Chain.What will you do?Link with Project Lead in the identification of Quality & Maintenance business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systemsManage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management teamWork with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs. Capture feedback from users and identify "enhancements" of existing functionality.Lead and participate in stakeholder workshopsCreate/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plantsContribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc.)Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training)Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Quality & Maintenance processes and systemsLink with Site Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change ManagementParticipating in End User Training Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverablesLead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testingWorking conditions: Travel expectations for this position are 50%. This individual will have flexible work arrangements. Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines. Ability to work independently in a competitive work environmentWhat qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor's degree in supply chain, manufacturing/industrial engineering, business or related field required.3+ 3-5 years of experience in customer service & quality with experience in plant maintenance operations.3+ years of experience in quality processes within manufacturing plants (Incoming inspection, in process inspection, final inspection) & maintenance.Strong data analysis skills.Change management and communication skills.Leadership and management skills.Listening, negotiation, decision making, problem solving.Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems.Ability to collaborate and work in a multicultural environment.We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
