NJ Senior Operations ManagerSalary Range $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary/yearDescriptionThe Senior Operations Manager leads and supervises all team members to meet the goal of successfully producing accurate order fulfillment.Planning and organizing production and employee schedules depending on business needs.Assessing project and resource requirements.Estimating, negotiating, and providing input on project budgets and timescales with clients and other QuickBox managers.Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met for the entire warehouse.Determining and regulating Quality Control Standards.Overseeing Production Processes.Re-negotiating metrics and schedules, as necessary.Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials as needed.Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.Collaborating with Client Services to meet the needs of all clients.Supervises all areas of operations.Organizing relevant training sessions for all staff based on areas of improvement.QualificationsRequired experience:Strong math skillsPeople skillsAble to learn quickly in a changing environment.High School Diploma or EquivalentAble to work 10 plus hours a day.Strong communications skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and One NotePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or some college education5 years' experience managing large teams, with 30 or more employees.3 years' experience in a fulfillment-based environment3PL experienceQuickbox is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
