Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform appropriate assessments, administer treatments within scope, and document findings accurately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, guiding care and delegating tasks as appropriate.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, other clinicians, and ancillary staff to implement and adjust care plans.
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize needs, ensure safety, and uphold quality of care.
- Uphold infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Ability to work nights in an emergency department environment
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills
- Experience or familiarity with emergency department or acute care settings is preferred
- Eligible to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
